With reference to the prezent "Strike" of haneer

2/ Ratepayers' employees, I have the honour to forward herewith: 130/6/24 (Inclosure 1.) Copy of the Kimtes of the Meeting of the

nomik konsell.

The fondly Ratepayers of the British bnosasion held on June 30th to 32/7/24. pass the now Traffic Regulations and the new Feline Permit mor! for Hking Regulations, and to vote the funds required to put them 34/1/24-

into examution. These had only just been completed when

the trike broke out. I at first was doubtful as to the

24/7/24 desirability of mitmitting the Regulations for the Pate- fonul to

payara' approval, the old ones never having been #O 4,24/7/24

referred. A Meeting was, however, necessary to vote the

additional supplies required, and the Ratepayers would

naturally require full particulars of the purpose for

which they were to be voted. It therefore sooned, in the

end, best that the Regulations should also be passed by

them.

The Hinutes of the testing include the full text

of the new Regulations as drafted by the French and the

British Municipal (bumaila jointly and as passed by the Rat spayers. The Speech of the Thairman of the Council

also includes a itaboent of the ŋane down to the date

of the Hosting.
